They are seeking a Contracts Manager to report directly into the Divisional Director.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple medium scale projects from start to finish. This role is key to making sure contracts are followed, risks are handled, and business goals are met, while staying true to their goals.Roles/Responsibilities:Profit and loss experience (Observing contract budgets and variations to control costs)Commercially awareMaintaining accurate records of all contractsOverseeing multiple projectsDesign Management (reviewing design liaising with client, main contractor and consultants)Involvement in estimating from build ability prospective and mid bid meetingsTender review/validationDevelopment of teams – including recruitment of PM’s, Engineers and Site Managers and staff developmentAll deliverables on a projectOverall lead – Technically, commercially, operationallyThe ideal Candidate:Will be familiar working in a fast-paced environmentExperience managing projects from £1 million upwards within your own disciplineA minimum 5 years’ experience in a management roleThe candidate will show longevity in previous employmentIn return they offer:Traditional, privately owned contractor with a family feel to it.Given autonomy and responsibility to run projects and deliver a portfolio of works.A healthy pipeline of work – our client has secured the majority of their turnover for next year.Join a stable business who have an excellent staff attrition rate.A very competitive basic salary, package and an excellent bonus scheme.Should you have any questions about the position please feel free to get in touch for a confidential ..... full job details .....
