This role is central to ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient service delivery during the winter season. You''ll oversee a network of subcontractors, manage operational performance, and ensure all contractual, safety, and service standards are consistently met.Requirements Proven experience in operations management, ideally within winter maintenance, facilities management, highways, or a similar field.
