      <description>Location: Doagh | Salary: £40000 - £50000 per annum | Type: Permanent | Contracts Manager Location: Templepatrick, Northern Ireland Salary: £40,000-£50,000 Contract Type: Permanent, full-time Working Hours: Mon-Fri between 8:00-17:00 however flexibility may be required due to business requirements    About the role   We currently require a Contracts Manager to manage the day to day running of the contracts in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate would be looking after a large portfolio of our public sector contracts and delivering them to an industry-wide standard, encompassing contract performance, delivery of contract objectives, client relationships, people management, health andamp; safety compliance and financial performance.  The role will be based out of our Templepatrick depot but some days you will be expected to travel to client sites around Northern Ireland.   Requirements    5+ years experience as a Contracts Manager or adjacent position (strong preference for experience to be within Grounds Maintenance).
