We''re looking for a Contract Manager to join our Kier team based in Essex. Location: Essex - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 5:00pm We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. What will you be responsible for? As a Contract Manager, you''ll be working within the Kier team, supporting them in delivering hard services across a designated account portfolio. Your day to day will include: Ensuring the asset base is accurate and maintained in the required CAFM system Managing the cost base through daily operations and management accounting Developing engineers to handle reactive jobs and planned preventative tasks Ensuring statutory compliance and safe working environments Managing the interface with the Kier Helpdesk and/or customer What are we looking for?
