Contract Manager

Role: Contract ManagerLocation: Lincoln (Hybrid; 2 to 3 days per week in-office)Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experienceWe are recruiting on behalf of an established, market-leading Healthcare Technology andamp; Software provider looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join their commercial team.In this role, you will take true ownership of a diverse portfolio of customer-facing agreements, bridging commercial objectives and customer requirements while mitigating risk. You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to lead drafting, reviews, renewals, and direct client negotiations.Key Responsibilities Contract Drafting andamp; Negotiation: Draft, review, amend, and negotiate customer-facing commercial contracts (SaaS agreements, SLAs, DPAs, licensing terms, variation letters).Stakeholder andamp; Client Engagement: Lead negotiation discussions directly with customers, translating complex legal/commercial concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.Full Lifecycle Management: Oversee contracts from initial drafting and internal sign-offs through to execution, performance tracking, renewal, or termination.Process andamp; Framework Optimisation: Support the rollout of a formal contract playbook, maintain clause libraries and fallback positions, and optimise CRM/Salesforce tracking.Compliance andamp; Governance: Align agreements with public sector and healthcare frameworks, support customer due diligence ..... full job details .....
