Contract Manager

We are working with a highly respected national contractor, renowned for delivering high-quality retail, mixed-use, and commercial developments across the UK.

The business has recently secured a major retail-led scheme and is now seeking an experienced Retail Contracts Manager to take full ownership of the projects from pre-construction through to completion.

The development will involve fast-paced fit-out and refurbishment works within a live retail environment, requiring strong stakeholder management and logistical planning. The program offers long-term continuity of work across the region upon successful completion.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will play a pivotal leadership role, coordinating site operations and ensuring the successful delivery of this flagship retail project.

You will be working exclusively on the marks and spencer''s account so experience with them would be ideal

Key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering the project on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Managing day-to-day site operations and liaising with clients, consultants, and occupiers
• Leading health, safety, and quality performance across the site
• Coordinating subcontractors and managing program constraints in a live environment
• Producing accurate project reporting and commercial updates
• Motivating and leading a multidisciplinary site team
