The Role: As Contract Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational, commercial and financial performance of the contract, ensuring service excellence, statutory compliance and a first-class customer experience. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage key stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across a multi-site estate. Manage the overall operational and commercial performance of the contract. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact.
