Role: Contract ManagerRate: £500/day (inside IR35)Location: LondonSector: Public SectorContract Length: 12 months initiallyContract Type: Full-Time - InterimAn opportunity for an experienced client-side Contract Manager to oversee key hard FM contracts within a complex, public sector environment.Your new roleLead contract oversight, ensuring services align to organisational priorities, performance standards, and compliance requirementsAct as the primary interface between internal stakeholders and service providersManage budgets, forecasts, and value-for-money across contractsEnsure robust governance, reporting, and risk management frameworksDrive continuous improvement, cost optimisation, and service performanceWhat you''ll need to succeedEssential: Working knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23), with the ability to apply it in contract management and governance settingsProven client-side contract management experience within hard FM / engineering servicesStrong experience working within the public sector or regulated environmentsStrong commercial and financial management capabilityConfident stakeholder engagement across operational and corporate teamsWhat you''ll get in return50% hybrid option in their Central London office.
