For the right person, there is a clear development path to Director level, linked to performance and contribution to the division''s growth.Reporting directly to the CEO of Facilities Services, you''ll have the opportunity to influence how the division operates, develops its team and grows its client base.The package £60,000-£65,000 salary. £7,390 annual car allowance. 8% employer pension contribution, with a 5% employee contribution. 25 days'' annual leave. The roleYou''ll manage multiple Hard FM contracts, taking responsibility for operational performance, technical standards, client relationships and profitability.Your responsibilities will include: Leading engineers, supervisors, administrators and subcontractors. Ensuring planned, reactive and statutory maintenance is delivered safely and effectively. Owning contract PandL, budgets, forecasts and cost control.
