Contract Manager - Hard Facilities Management

We are now seeking an experienced Contract Manager/Hard Facilities Manager to lead our Bristol based Hard FM healthcare maintenance and repairs contract for our end client, the NHS. Rydon Maintenance is an expanding division of the Rydon Group and is successfully providing hard facilities management services to a variety of clients, predominantly within the healthcare sector. We look after more than 250 buildings on behalf of 20 NHS Trusts on a planned and responsive repairs, small works and minor capital projects basis. We provide maintenance services to acute (hospital''s), mental health trusts, ambulance and primary care trusts. Job Purpose We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Manager/Hard Facilities Manager to join our Bristol based Healthcare/NHS Hard FM Maintenance team (based at Blackberry Hill Hospital, Bristol). The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing this contract which includes planned, lifecycle, cyclical decorations and reactive maintenance for a number of healthcare sites. The core of this role is to ensure the continued operational running of the reactive and planned maintenance aspect of this contract to ensure its continued success.
