Contracts ManagerPlanned Maintenance, Cladding Remediation and FRA Projects£75,000-£85,000 plus package (dependant on experience) plus car allowanceLondon and Home Counties My client are currently looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join their growing business. They are looking for someone to head up a number of new contracts and join the business in an exciting period of growth. Within this position you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects across London and Home Counties. Works that are being delivered will include re-cladding of low rise tower blocks, kitchen and bathroom replacements, window and door renewals and FRA projects. The Role; Within this role, you will be responsible for ensuring PandL, budgets and deadlines are met. You would also be responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP and programming of works and budgeting. Implement strong HandS across all projects. Your direct team will include site management, supervisors, RLO''s and sub - contractors. You will report directly in to the Operations manager who will support you in making the contracts successful The Candidate; The ideal candidate will have extensive building knowledge and experience managing planned maintenance and retrofit contracts.
