They are looking for someone to head up a their complex works team.   Within this position you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects. Works that are being delivered will legal disrepair and damp and mould. Within this role, you will be responsible for ensuring P&L, budgets and deadlines are met. You would also be responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP & programming of works and budgeting. Implement strong H&S across all projects. Your direct team will include site management, supervisors, RLO''s and sub - contractors.
