They are looking for someone to head up a newly won contract and join the business in an exciting period of growth. Within this position you will be responsible for managing the delivery of internal & external planned maintenance & fire safety projects in London. Projects are being delivered to a mixture of scattered properties & low and high rise blocks, The Role; Within this role, you will be responsible for  ensuring P&L, budgets and deadlines are met.
