PositionContract Manager
Planned Maintenance, SHDF and FRA Projects
My client is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to head up a number of new contracts and join the business during a period of growth.
You''re responsible for the delivery of various planned maintenance, retrofit and FRA schemes carried out to housing, commercial property and listed/public buildings.
The Role
Ensure PandL, budgets and deadlines are met.
Maintain level of service and quality to the highest standard; manage cost control.
Create CPP and programming of works and budgeting.
Implement strong HandS across all projects.
Lead a direct team including site management, supervisors, RLOs and subcontractors.
Report directly to the Operations Manager to support contract success.
The Candidate
Extensive building knowledge with experience managing planned maintenance and retrofit contracts.
Experience managing multiple site teams, strategic project planning, and problem solving in complex situations.
Strong knowledge of BSR and the Building Safety Act; proficient IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word).
Able to create a strong working environment and build relationships with clients and team members.
Valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.
