MS613 - Contract ManagerSalary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + car allowanceLocation: St AlbansOverview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Contract Manager on behalf of one of our clients who specialise providing grounds maintenance, environmental and landscaping services to Clients UK wide.To proactively manage your operations team to enable the effective running of a portfolio of client contracts to fulfil the client s requirements within agreed KPI s. The contract manager is required to develop and grow the business, and their team as well as maintain the highest standards of health and safety.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.Duties and Responsibilities: To build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating that you understand their business needs.To evaluate, propose and implement service changes managing any financial, people and operational implications.To identify new business opportunities.Proactively manage general work standards and KPI s on a monthly basis within agreed targets.Work on own initiative and undertake effective problem solving as and when required.Produce and complete all related administrative processes, record keeping and reporting in an accurate and timely manner.Prepare job pricing in line with company expectations and fulfilling the client s needs.Liaise regularly and in person with clients in a professional manner effectively ..... full job details .....
