The contract covers multiple large commercial buildings with a contract value of approximately -4m . The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of both Hard and Soft FM services across the contract, ensuring performance, service standards and client expectations are consistently met. You will be responsible for driving contract performance, managing client relationships, leading the site team and helping to improve and stabilise the account.
