Leading a team of Project Engineers, Project Managers, Site supervisors and working closely with the procurement and the commercial team, you will drive each scheme through design, mobilisation, construction and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, to programme, and within budget across our clients diverse portfolio to deliver projects safety, on budget, on time to specification and our clients standard. Current portfolio of contracts sits at £13m to £20m with contracts ranging from £600k to £3m. Must be competent in dealing with key external stakeholders including Client-facing leadership so must have a proven experience in M&E who embraces building strong client relationships, leading and developing people, and taking commercial ownership of multiple live projects at once.
