Contract Manager - Birmingham
Salary: -50,000 - -55,000 basic + -5,100 car allowance + up to 20% annual bonus
Location: Birmingham City Centre | On-site presence required with flexible working arrangements

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee multiple high-profile facilities contracts in Birmingham city centre. This role focuses on financial and operational management, ensuring contracts deliver maximum performance, profitability, and service excellence. You will manage 5 contracts, leading your team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial performance of multiple contracts, including revenue, profit delivery, cost reduction, and contract growth.
- Manage a team of engineers and support staff, ensuring adherence to policies, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular contract reviews and implement improvements to operational and emergency procedures.
- Liaise with clients to maintain strong relationships, manage expectations, and report on contract performance.
- Ensure staffing structures are optimised, balancing operational efficiency with cost control.
- Prepare and present weekly operational and financial reports to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and support staff development and training initiatives.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in contract or facilities management, with a focus on financial oversight and commercial performance.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of Health & Safety regulations NEBOSH/IOSH qualifications desirable.
- Previous experience in the Building Services sector is advantageous.
