We are working with a highly respected civil engineering and construction contractor who are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a range of infrastructure and groundworks projects across the North East of Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to take on a senior leadership role within a well-established contractor.
As a Contracts Manager, you will:
* Take responsibility for the delivery of multiple projects from award through to completion.
* Manage project teams, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
* Oversee programming, planning, and resource allocation across sites.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
* Provide commercial and contractual input, working closely with the commercial team.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
* Report on project performance and contribute to business growth.
We''re looking for someone who has:
* A strong background in civil engineering or groundworks, with proven experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role.
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Solid commercial awareness and the ability to control budgets effectively.
