Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of-projects, from receiving job requests and conducting detailed site surveys to coordinating material orders and ensuring timely completion.
Client Communication:-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of project progress and ensuring their expectations are met.
Sub-Contractor Coordination: Manage and coordinate with sub-contractors and other trades as needed to ensure smooth project delivery.
Quality Assurance: Conduct final inspections to benchmark quality and produce sign-off sheets, ensuring all work meets our high standards.
Health and Safety: Adhere to and enforce all company and HSE guidelines on-site, including welfare arrangements and securing all tools and materials.
Reporting: Assist with raising monthly valuations and reporting on project status to the Branch Manager.
What We''re Looking For
Previous experience as a contracts manager or a similar role in the-construction industry.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A solid understanding of scafoldingtechniques, materials, and processes.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
