They deliver projects in utilities, infrastructure, earthworks, and groundworks, and are now looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team permanently in Aberdeen.The RoleAs Contracts Manager, you will oversee projects to ensure they are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and to a high standard. You will make sure all work complies with legislation, client specifications, and company policies, while protecting the health, safety, and wellbeing of staff and subcontractors. You will also ensure projects remain profitable and meet client expectations.Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver projects in line with designs and specifications.Act as the main point of contact between the company and the client.Attend design, review, and progress meetings.Carry out site audits and address findings.Ensure staff under your supervision are fully competent for their roles.Assess and agree client design changes and variations.Ensure compliance with company quality, health and safety, and environmental policies.Organise labour, plant, and materials across projects.Work with other Contracts Managers to share resources effectively.Deliver toolbox talks and attend team briefings.Support emergency plans, pollution prevention, and incident ..... full job details .....
