Contracts Manager Flat Roofing Location: Merseyside Salary: Competitive (DOE) + Company Vehicle We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established flat roofing contractor for an experienced and proactive Contracts Manager with a proven background in managing flat roofing projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware professional to oversee multiple flat roofing contracts from pre-start through to final completion, ensuring every project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of workmanship and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple flat roofing projects from contract award through to completion. Plan, programme and coordinate all aspects of flat roofing works. Oversee site teams, supervisors and specialist flat roofing subcontractors. Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and within budget. Manage labour, plant, materials and procurement for flat roofing contracts. Carry out regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality and compliance with specifications. Monitor project costs, valuations, variations and financial performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, manufacturers and supply chain partners. Ensure all works comply with current health and safety legislation, manufacturer requirements and industry best practice.
