You will interact with the team and manage all day-to-day activities including training of new team members, allocating jobs and workload, scheduling, completing team-related paperwork and appraisals. As the Contract Manager you will lead the team and you will have a very good track record and will be capable of running the operation whilst on duty. At times, this will be a hands-on role and therefore must have hands on experience of maintenance tasks. Main Duties Establishment and day to day management of PPM system. Overall management of permanent, temporary and contract staff. Management of procurement and project work. Management and control of budgets including revenue and capital expenditure. Management and control of maintenance operations across the sites for which you are responsible. Report on service management in association with contract terms and conditions.
