Contract Manager

I’m working with a growing and well-established roofing contractor who have a strong pipeline of work across the North West and are now looking to bring in a Contracts Manager to support their next phase of growth.

This is a key hire for the business — someone who can take ownership of multiple projects and play a big part in driving delivery, quality and client relationships.

The role
You’ll be responsible for managing multiple flat roofing projects across both new build and refurbishment schemes, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

• Overseeing several live projects at once
• Managing site teams and subcontractors
• Driving programme, quality and health & safety
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager 
• Solid knowledge of flat roofing systems (single ply, liquid, felt etc.)
• Experience across new build and refurbishment projects
• Confident managing multiple sites and stakeholders
