This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in road transport, customer relationship management, and operational leadership.You will be responsible for managing large-scale transport contracts, maintaining strong client relationships, driving operational performance, and ensuring service and financial targets are achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Manage and resolve escalated operational issues, implementing corrective actions where required.Develop and deliver strategic and operational objectives that provide value to customers.Monitor and manage contract performance, ensuring service levels and financial targets are consistently met.Lead and manage on-site teams, including drivers and shunters, to maximise operational efficiency.Demonstrate strong leadership in health and safety compliance and best practice.Produce performance reports and participate in regular customer review meetings.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement effective solutions.Manage third-party haulier ..... full job details .....
