The Role We''re looking for an experienced Contract Manager to lead Planned, Voids and MandE programmes of work for a large social housing client based in Hull. Ensuring contract performance, safety, quality and profitability targets are met. You''ll manage operatives and subcontractors, ensuring that works are completed on time, to specification, and to the Companies high standards. The role combines operational delivery, client management and people leadership, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Responsibilities Lead the operational delivery of multiple programmes of works including voids, planned works and MandE. Manage and motivate teams of operatives and subcontractors to achieve KPIs, quality, compliance and safety targets.
