The Role We''re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead maintenance contract ensuring performance, safety, quality and profitability targets are met. You''ll manage operatives and subcontractors, ensuring that works are completed on time, to specification, and to Axis''s high standards. The role combines operational delivery, client management and people leadership, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This role supports our long-term partnership where we deliver reactive, damp and mould, disrepair across thousands of homes, keeping properties safe, comfortable and well-maintained, using modern digital systems to keep work flowing smoothly.
