Contracts Manager

to oversee security and cleaning operations across Edinburgh, Glasgow and beyond.

You’ll be the driving force behind our teams of Site Managers, Supervisors and frontline staff—mobilising a flagship shopping centre contract in Edinburgh, keeping service standards high, and building strong client partnerships.

Proven multi-site management experience in security and/or cleaning

A people leader who motivates and develops teams

Strong client relationship skills with commercial awareness
