Contract Manager

A respected policy think tank focused on strengthening Western security through research and international collaboration is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support a growing portfolio of projects and partnerships.This role will work across the organisation''s operational and funding activity, managing a range of commercial, partner and donor-related agreements across multiple jurisdictions. You will work closely with leadership, research teams and external partners to ensure contracts are structured, negotiated and managed effectively.The organisation is expanding its operational capability and this position offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping contract management processes within a fast-moving and intellectually rigorous environment. There is also potential for the role to extend or become permanent as the organisation continues to grow.Key responsibilities Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including technology, data and professional services agreements. Manage agreements with implementing partners and international collaborators. Oversee the lifecycle of contracts from negotiation through delivery and completion. Ensure agreements reflect funding arrangements, donor requirements and project deliverables. Work closely with finance and leadership teams to coordinate partner payments and project milestones.
