We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Contract Manager to join our Fire and Security division in the Edinburgh office. This role offers varied challenges, workload and career progression opportunities within the company.Key Responsibilities

Managing Engineering and the contract lifecycle from inception to renewal or close-outEstimating of jobs that are below the threshold of the internal estimating departmentMonitoring contract performance and compliance, and identifying risks or issuesMaintaining positive client relationships through excellent service levelsMaintaining contract databases and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibilityAssist in developing and implementing contract policies, procedures, and best practicesSupporting dispute resolution and contract-related litigation if necessaryKey Skills, Qualifications And Experience

Relevant Industry ExperienceExcellent negotiation and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesPrevious experience in a similar role is desirableProficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite is desirableIn Return We Offer
