With over 40 years history and off the back of building a strong reputation within the industry, they are now looking for a Contract Manager to join the team.In this role the successful candidate will manage and monitor reactive repairs, preventative planned maintenance programmes as well as installations and special projects for various access control works for their Westminster contracts. This will be a hybrid role with a split between home working, office working in North London and site visits into Westminster.The ideal candidate will have good technical experience of access control systems and understand engineering contracts or programmes of works.
