This is a hands-on role suited to someone who has progressed through the industry from a trade, Foreman, Site Supervisor or Site Manager position into Contracts Management. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable on live construction sites as they are managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects. Working closely with Site Managers, commercial teams and clients, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
