This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £40-£50 (Inside IR35) and is ideal for professionals with a background in FMCG or food manufacturing.Key Responsibilities: Perform planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment to ensure operational efficiency.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maintain high standards.
