Responsibilities

Lead operations for a major beverage client at a busy multi-user logistics site, including management of transport subcontractors.

Oversee day-to-day contract logistics and ensure service level targets are met.

Lead a small customer service team delivering into wholesale and grocery channels.

Provide hands-on leadership, applying operational expertise and a customer-focused mindset to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

Contract logistics experience within beverage, grocery, or wholesale sectors.

Experience managing transport operations and subcontractors.

Experience leading customer service teams and maintaining client relationships.

Experience in 3PL, supermarket, or major wholesaler environments.
