The successful candidate will have senior-level consultancy experience and be confident taking a lead role across a varied portfolio of projects, including new-build and refurbishment schemes within the retail, commercial and office sectors. A degree or HND in Civil Engineering is preferred, together with a minimum of 5 years'' consultancy experience and the ability to work autonomously. Experience should include advising on, planning, designing and project managing civil and infrastructure schemes through to construction. Strong technical and client-facing skills are essential, with responsibilities including the preparation of tenders, technical reports and consent applications, alongside the design of foul and surface water drainage, highways and wider infrastructure schemes.
