The role involves working across the full software life cycle, delivering robust and compliant solutions aligned with industry safety standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and support high integrity/safety-critical software systems using structured engineering approaches. Apply industry standards such as DO-178, IEC 61508, or EN50128 within the software development life cycle (V-model). Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, contributing to a strong team environment and high-quality delivery. Ensure a methodical, detail-oriented approach to design, development, and validation activities. Essential Experience Proven experience in safety-critical or high integrity software projects. Strong understanding of functional safety standards and compliance frameworks. Familiarity with relevant programming languages, tools, and development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills, organisation, and ability to prioritise workload. Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
