Opportunity Overview

We''re seeking a full stack developer with strong frontend expertise to join an innovation-driven project team. This role will be hands-on, fast-paced, and focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions that incorporate AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). You''ll be working on proof-of-concepts, rapid prototypes, and production-ready features in a collaborative, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality full stack solutions with an emphasis on React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.Contribute to AI/LLM projects including RAG, prompt engineering, and GenAI system development.Collaborate with designers and product teams to translate AI into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.Build PoCs and prototypes in short innovation cycles.Develop cloud-native applications using AWS or Azure, containerisation, and CI/CD pipelines.Apply software engineering best practices in secure, regulated, or enterprise environments.

Essential Skills and Experience

Strong frontend capability with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.React expertise (SvelteKit knowledge is a plus).Recent, hands-on AI/LLM development experience - ideally involving prompt engineering, RAG, or GenAI systems.Proven track record in PoC delivery, rapid prototyping, and agile sprints.Cloud-native development (AWS or Azure), containerisation, CI/CD.Experience working in regulated industries (energy, finance, healthcare, telecoms, etc.).

Desirable Attributes

Exposure to innovation teams, startups, or experimental product environments.Personal projects or initiatives showcasing creativity and innovation.Experience with data visualisation, semantic search, or digital twins.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
