Finance System Analyst Role Overview Role Summary: As the Finance System Analyst, you will ensure the smooth operation of D365 FandO and interfaces. You will be the primary contact for resolving queries related to these systems, ensuring that user expectations and issue resolutions align with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). As a key member of the Finance team, you will foster a customer-centric approach and a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that all finance services deliver optimal outcomes Hybrid Role - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote - London Based 6 month initial contract - Opportunity to extend 2 Positions available Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for resolving issues and queries related to D365 FandO Address routine issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and document more complex cases, contributing to overall team success.
