Contract ERP Implementation Consultant

Fortress Recruit is supporting a leading engineering and manufacturing business in their search for an experienced Contract ERP Implementation Consultant to support the implementation of a new ERP platform across the organisation. This is an Outside IR35 contract opportunity supporting the programme through process alignment, system testing, user readiness, go-live and post-implementation hypercare. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the implementation of the new ERP platform across the business Working alongside the internal ERP team and implementation partner Translating agreed business processes into the ERP environment Supporting system setup and implementation activities Testing business processes and system functionality Deliberately challenging and stress-testing processes to identify potential failures before go-live Identifying system issues and working with the relevant teams to resolve them Supporting User Acceptance Testing across multiple business functions Working closely with the Data Processing Analyst where data requires further clarification, amendment or preparation Working alongside the Business Process Owner Manager to ensure system functionality aligns with agreed end-to-end processes Supporting test scenarios, scripts, defect tracking and resolution Supporting training documentation and delivery of user training where required Supporting cutover planning and implementation readiness Troubleshooting implementation and user issues during the ..... full job details .....
