Contract Director - Cleaning Services Location: Field-based Salary: £80k-£85kContract: Full-time, permanentTravel: Regular UK travel required Are you an experienced senior operations professional with a strong background in commercial cleaning or facilities management? Do you have a proven track record of leading large remote teams, managing complex contracts and taking full responsibility for PandL performance? Our client, an established facilities management business, is looking for an experienced Contract Director to lead the delivery of cleaning services across a key division. This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for operational performance, customer relationships, financial results and continued business growth. The Role As Contract Director, you will translate the organisation''s strategic objectives into clear operational plans, ensuring contracts are delivered successfully, efficiently and within agreed budgets. You will oversee the complete contract lifecycle, from tender and mobilisation through to ongoing service delivery and renewal. Building trusted relationships with customers will be central to the role, helping to maintain high service standards and improve contract retention.
