Contract: Cyber Security Operations Product Lead - Reading (Hybrid 3 days a week) - 6 months Role OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for overseeing security operations services, ensuring effective delivery, governance, and continuous improvement across operational security teams. You will act as the bridge between security stakeholders, service delivery teams, and business leadership, ensuring security capabilities remain aligned to business priorities and evolving threat landscapes. Key Responsibilities Provide technical oversight and assurance across security operations services and delivery teams. Review operational security activities to ensure alignment with best practices and service standards. Oversee incident response and crisis management activities, providing governance and escalation support where required. Coordinate security incidents and major events, producing reporting for senior business stakeholders. Manage demand intake, prioritisation, and service allocation across security operations teams. Support onboarding of new security service requests and enhancements. Drive continuous improvement and optimisation of established security services. Monitor service delivery performance, quality metrics, and KPI achievement. Manage operational backlogs, service requests, and delivery pipelines.
