Help keep the nation''s critical digital infrastructures connected and protected.Reporting into the Contract Manager, the Contract Coordinator will be responsible for providing Administrative Support, fault coordination, engineer tasking and day to day administration support across installation projects and Term maintenance contracts. This is a Hybrid role with 3 days working from our Aylesford office ME20 7TZ and 2 days from home.What you''ll do:To ensure all engineer tasking is achieved within time and to planed requirements for the contract and customer expectationsLiaise with Engineers to issue faults and receive repair detailsTo be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, support, and fault callsTo ensure fault records are accurately maintained to time and planRaise, log and receive purchase orders on the Oracle systemUse ServiceNow to monitor faults and trendsEnsure documentation tracking and database are maintained in accordance with the contract within time and to planLiaise with Third Party companies to arrange worksWho you are:You will have previous coordination / administrative ..... full job details .....
