      <description>Location: Preston | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Contract Consultant - Preston Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment, enjoys solving workforce challenges and can think tactically to keep a large operation running smoothly? We are seeking an onsite Contract Consultant to support a busy manufacturing and production facility in Preston. Working from our client''s site, you will manage day-to-day workforce planning and people management for a pool of temporary associates across key production departments. This is not a traditional recruitment role. The focus is workforce planning, employee relations, attendance management, workforce deployment and operational support, ensuring the site has the right people in the right place at the right time. This is a highly visible, hands-on role requiring strong relationships with associates and operational managers, alongside the ability to make quick decisions in response to production demands.
