Workforce CoordinatorPay Rate: £13.33 per hourContract: This is a temp to perm roleLocation: Mainly work from home however occasional site visits - training to be conducted at Keele. Hours: pm - Monday - FridayRole OverviewAs a supervisor, you will take ownership of managing the temporary workforce to ensure smooth operations and high levels of client satisfaction. Acting as the key link between the client and the workforce, you will monitor performance, resolve queries, recruit new team members, and ensure all shifts are fully covered. This role is fundamental to delivering and exceeding client expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkforce ManagementMonitor and track sickness, absence, and lateness.Approve holiday requests and manage scheduling changes.Support with shift handbacks, unfilled shifts, and open shifts.Ensure adequate staffing levels within the site.Recruitment and On boardingRecruit new candidates into the temporary workforce to meet operational demands.Conduct candidate screening.Support new starters through induction and initial shift allocation.Site VisitsVisits to client site to review workforce performance and compliance.Build strong working relationships with Supervisors and on-site staff.Address and resolve on-site issues swiftly and professionally.Communication and ReportingDistribute updated communications or shift time amendments as provided by the client.Provide detailed handovers to the Adecco team at the end of each shift.System ManagementManage staff ..... full job details .....
