Working from a shared office within our client''s site, you will become an integral part of the operation, managing the day-to-day workforce planning and people management activities for a pool of approximately 170 temporary associates across key production departments. This is not a traditional recruitment role . Whilst occasional recruitment activity forms part of the position, the primary focus is workforce planning, employee relations, attendance management, workforce deployment, operational support, and ensuring the site has the right people in the right place at the right time.
