Systems, Data and Digital Know-HowYou''ll be the go-to person for keeping our systems tidy, accurate and up to date, including:Managing holiday approvals and maintaining holiday calendarsKeeping associate records updated across key systemsProducing and maintaining essential team/operational documentationEnsuring accuracy of data across scheduling and workforce tools 2. People Support and Day-to-Day QueriesYou''ll be the friendly face (and voice!) that keeps everything moving:Handling daily queries and walk-ins in a confident, supportive mannerResponding to general questions across multiple platformsProviding login/access information where neededPreparing reports or information for colleagues and managers 3.
