Contract composite tooling design engineer

My client, a leading manufacturer of composite components with clients in F1, Defence, Motorsport, Aerospace, requires an experienced composite tooling design engineer for a contract role outside IR35.-

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop composite moulds and tooling.
• Drive projects from initial concept to final design release.
• Contribute to design reviews and advocate continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance, weight, and manufacturability targets.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Catia.
• Deep knowledge of composite materials and tooling considerations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full design lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
