What Will You Be Doing?

• Supervise and support the day-to-day delivery of contract support activities, ensuring the efficient management of contract-related claims and requests across the business. 
• You will lead a small team responsible for handling contract claims and the creation of new contracts, providing guidance, oversight, and support to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Provide direction for the management of all contract documentation and records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability to support a portfolio currently at 272 contracts and expanding by 38% annually. 
• Forge trusted relationships with customers and colleagues, ensuring the team delivers exceptional service and contract support processes. 

About You:

• Experienced in managing high-volume contract operations, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant delivery of services. 
• Fully versed in resolving complex queries and contract disputes with a customer-centric approach. 
• A proactive, self-starter demonstrating a can do attitude. 
• Highly experienced in delivering continuous process improvement initiatives. 
• Strong background within the plumbing/heating merchants and distribution sector.
• You thrive in leading a team to support and guide them to foster a smooth and efficient service.
