Contract Civil/Highway Engineer (Section 38''s) Wigan c 35- 40/hr (Outside IR35) We require a civil engineer for our client an established civil conusltancy near Wigan. The role will be involve reviewing and checking section 38 adoption agreement for local councils and developers.
