Position: Contract Asbestos Surveyor Location: Bath, Somerset Contract Length: 12 Months+ (Ongoing) Day Rate: £240 - £260 IR35 Status: Outside Scope An excellent long-term contract opportunity is available for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to work on a major social housing portfolio across the Bath area. We are seeking a dedicated professional for an ongoing contract expected to last for a minimum of one year, but is likely to be an open ended longterm contract for the right candidate. The Opportunity: This is a stable, long-term contract focused on carrying out crucial asbestos surveys within residential properties. You will be operating primarily across the city of Bath, providing essential safety information for a key housing client. Key Responsibilities: Conducting management surveys with Refurbishment and Demolition (RandD) elements on social housing properties. Surveying communal areas associated with residential blocks. Performing re-inspections and assessing external property elements as required. Candidate Essentials: Qualifications: Must hold a valid BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 qualification. Experience: Demonstrable recent experience in conducting surveys, particularly within a social housing or residential setting, is essential. Equipment: Candidates are required to provide their own survey toolkit and appropriate PPE, including a half-mask with a recent face-fit certificate.
